ORAL Contributions Gudelines
The presenting author must be a registered conference attendee and available to provide details and answer questions during the conference.
Presentation Formats:
- Contributed Presentations: 12-minute talk followed by a 3-minute discussion.
- Invited Presentations: 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.
- Focus Symposium Invited Presentations: 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.
- Semiplenary Presentations: 40-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.
- Plenary Presentations: 50-minute talk followed by a 10-minute discussion.
Technical Guidelines:
- Presenters should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- Confirm your presence with the session chair upon arrival.
- Presenters must bring their presentation on their laptop with a backup copy on a USB drive.
- HDMI cables will be provided; bring necessary adapters if your device lacks HDMI.
- If not using your own laptop, upload your presentation to the conference laptop.
- Test your presentation beforehand.
- Transition to the next speaker should occur during the question period.
Slide Formatting:
- Presentations should be formatted for a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Test videos before the session to ensure proper functionality.
Technical support will be available in each room for assistance.
