POSTER Contributions Gudelines

The presenting author must be a registered conference attendee and available during the conference.

Authors must display posters from the morning of their scheduled session day until the end of the day. Presenting authors must be near their posters from 06:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

All remaining posters will be stored by the organizing committee until July 5, 2024, 12:00 p.m. Please collect yours from the registration desk. Poster ID numbers will be available at the poster desk or in your ICM WEBAPP personal area.

Poster Specifications:

• Dimensions: 70cm wide by 100cm high.
• Do not post copies of papers.

Boards and necessary materials will be provided.

For printing service, posters can be collected at the Poster Help point in Pavilion 19.
