Free of charge and without time limitations, in accordance with Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), the undersigned authorizes the recording, publication, and distribution of audio, video, or photographic material in which they are represented or recognizable.

Such material will be handled with the utmost respect for the dignity and decorum of the individuals involved. Any content deemed inappropriate or detrimental will be immediately removed from the archives of MI&T S.r.l. Organizzazione Congressi. The publication and dissemination may take place on websites, social media, printed materials, or any other traditional or non-traditional communication channels.

Additionally, I authorize the storage of this material in the digital archives of Crystal Forms Secretary, understanding that its purpose is exclusively informational and educational, with no commercial use or distribution to third parties.

Since publicly shared material may be acquired and republished by third parties without the consent of MI&T S.r.l. Organizzazione Congressi or Crystal Forms Secretary, I release both organizations from any liability for any improper or unauthorized use of the audio-video-photographic material by third parties.
